Are there any additional fee charges?
No. The monthly fee is agreed in advance and covers the entire service. The monthly accounting fee is calculated according to your business type and scale of activity, and is paid monthly by direct debit.
We will also charge a fixed fee for businesses that join us in the middle of their accounting year. These fees will always be determined upfront, so there will be no surprises.
The monthly payroll fee is based on the payroll frequency and number of employees.
Can I apply for a discount on the monthly fee?
If you own or run more than one business, we will be able to offer you a discount for each additional administration.
I am currently using a traditional accounting system to keep my accounts. Will I continue to use this system?
No. Accounts Online is a comprehensive online accounting system which replaces the traditional system that you currently use.
What software do I need?
Both our Service portal and the accounting system are fully web-based systems and only require an internet browser and internet connection.
How do I pay?
All payments are made by direct debit or standing order on a monthly basis. Both payment methods require your authorisation and give you the opportunity to stop payments at any time.

Is the system secure?
We take our responsibility for keeping your sensitive information secure and confidential very seriously. Our unique way of working together with our clients using internet technology, adds new dimensions to security and confidentiality of information, which you do not see in a traditional paper driven business. Where are Accounts Online's clients typically located?
Our clients are located all over Ireland! By using internet technology to exchange information with our clients, the need to be close to our clients has become less important. However we realise the importance of personal contact and our Accounts Online accountants are available to meet with clients whenever required.
